BOTOX TREATMENTS

A naturally produced chemical injected into selective muscles temporarily eliminates facial expresion lines, such as frownlines, crows feet around the eyes, forehead lines, and lip lines.

PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY (PDT)

A natural chemical called Levulan is used with intense pulsed light energy to rejuvenate skin from the effects of ultraviolet damage. This treatment also reduces the redness and flushing associated with Rosacea, diminishes pore size resulting in reduced acne, increased collagen production resulting in softening of wrinkles, and an evening out of skin tones.

RADIESSE

This is a natural component of the body that is used for soft tissue augmentation, which softens the lines of wrinkles. It is longer lasting that other soft tissue augmenters such as Restylane. It is mainly used for the folds along the sides of the nose and mouth, but other areas are also candidates for this treatment.

RESTYLANE

This is an injectable dermal implant used for soft tissue augmentation that improves the contours of facial lines and wrinkles, especially around the mouth. Depressed scars, such as those cuased by acne, are also candidates for this procedure.

CHEMICAL PEELING

Superficial (alpha and beta hydroxy) acid peels are available to exfoliate the dead skin cells and stimulate the process of natural skin renewal.

LASER SKIN RESURFACING

The Carbon Dioxide Laser permits precise tissue ablation, removing skin tissue layer by layer revealing younger healthier skin, free from the ravages of chronic ultraviolet damage (sun damage), acne scarring, and natural aging.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL

The CoolGlide Laser permits a relatively pain free and rapid removal of unwanted hair from nearly any part of the body. The laser has a chilled tip which, which in combination with a topical anesthetic cream, allows for comfortable hair removal.

LASER VEIN TREATMENT

The Nd:Yag laser selectively destroys small blood vessels, typically on the face, without damage to the overlying skin. The light energy is absorbed by the red pigment in the blood (hemoglobin) within the blood vessel and not by the surrounding tissue.

SCULPTRA

A form of sugar (pol-l-lactic acid) is injected into the face in multiple sites to stimulate the return of your own skin's collagen and elastin. This restores the youthful fullness of the face. It works especially well under the eyes and around the mouth. Benefits are long lasting and treatment sessions take about 30 minutes.

FRAXEL

This represents the most significant laser for skin rejuvenation to date. This technique allows one to turn back the clock on skin aging. This laser emits thousands of microscopic bursts of energy in small areas that results in new, healthier, smoother and tighter skin. These results are a gradual improvement and similar to the replacing of pixels in a digital photograph.

COOL GLIDE

The Cool Glide Laser results in non-ablative resurfacing, heating the deeper skin layers, to improve wrinkles and scars. This treatment requires, approximately, five sessions.

MICRODERMABRASION

This is a gentle treatment with nearly no recovery time that can be easily performed on a lunch break. It is effective in reducing fine lines, age spots, and acne scarring by promoting the skin's natural production of collagen.

PIGMENTED LESION TREATMENT with INTENSE PULSE LIGHT THERAPY

Unwanted brown spots, including moles and tattoos, gradually fade with treatment with the intense pulse light laser (IPL). The light selectively targets abnormal pigments and fragments them. The body then uses its own mechanisms to remove the fragmented pieces.

SCLEROTHERAPY

A solution of saline (natural salt water) is injected through a micro-needle in the small veins of the legs. During the weeks that follow, the veins breakdown and fade.
